Agricultural V Belts are produced to work under severe operation conditions such as rain, sun, oil, dust, grains and others. For this reason, agricultural equipment should only use appropriate belts because they are produced with specific raw material that offers the strength and flexibility required by this kind of operation.
Main Material:
A material composed of special rubber that is responsible for reducing the possible effects of impact on the belt. It also offers better flexibility to the system, and better adjustment of the belt to the pulley.
Envelope:
A special rubber-impregnated Twill Fabric offers resistance to abrasion. It is also responsible for the total protection of all the belts components.
Tensile element (tensile cords):
A special impregnated Polyester or Kevlar cords guarantee total power transmission with a very low elongation rate and high resistance to fatigue.
